At Fast&Up, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
